Mission Statement
The purpose of this site is to preserve the memories of RAF Burtonwood using pictures and stories. The content to be found here is largely material contributed by the men and women that served or worked at 'the base' or who have a special interest in its history.
This site has no connections with the Burtonwood Association but its members are very welcome to continue using the message board and are free to contribute pictures and stories. After all, the only people qualified to tell the history of Burtonwood are those who were there!

If any person who contributed to the previous Burtonwood Association site does not wish their material to appear here please email us with details about the content and it will be (reluctantly) removed.
Please DO NOT contact us if you are trying to trace a missing relative or friend because we have no records of the people that served at Burtonwood. However, please feel free to post your request on our message board.
